I’m Rebecca and i’m so happy you are here.
I’d like to briefly tell you about who I am and what I do so you can get a better understanding of who you’ll be working with.
I’m a qualified nutritionist and holistic wellness coach. I specialise in women’s health and wellness and also coach women in spiritual, parenting and family health.
As my journey has taken many twists and turns I have discovered that I have mastered quite a few things, the many times I have overcome big challenges and obstacles have helped me in becoming a strong, empowered and healthy woman ready to be of service to life and all the wonderfully light filled women out there, including you.
I have coached women in becoming the best versions of themselves, especially single mothers going through big life changes. Which is something I have overcome myself and feel extremely grateful to be in an amazing headspace no matter what the situation is now that I have healed and released fears and doubt. I’m ready to show other women that you can do this, you can do it alone and there is truly nothing to fear when you are co-creating with the divine, surrendering and listening to the universe.
